Adding Customers

You can manage the flow of customers to your business by putting them on an “ Arrival List” before they are ready for service. They can be added to the ArrivalList in a variety of ways:

Adding a new walk-in customer

On the left menu, there is an icon that looks like a checklist. Tap on this to get to the ArrivalList page

Tap the +Add button to add a new walk-in customer.On the Add Customer screen, fill in the customer details. A phone number is needed if you choose to send text message notifications to the customer.

Tap Add to Queue to add the customer to the ArrivalList.

After a customer has been added, you can Edit a Customer if needed.

Customers Joining ArrivalList

Customers can potentially join the ArrivalList on their own, either through a kiosk at your location or online from their phone or computer.
