Removing Customers from the ArrivalList
To make it easier to manage your ArrivalList, customers need to be removed from the list once they are being served or if they do not show up.
Serving Customers
Once a customer is ready to receive service, tap the green checkmark button to remove them from the ArrivalList.
Their name will be moved to the Serving page, which is accessed by tapping the square checkmark on the left menu.
Removing Customers
If a customer reaches the top of the list, but does not show up when you call their name or send them a text message, use the ellipses button on the far right and choose Remove.
