Checking In Customers
Walk-in customers will be checked in when they are added to the list, and other customers can be checked in once they arrive.
Online Customers
Customers who join the ArrivalList online will need to be checked in once they arrive.
They will have a Status of Queued, and a blue Check In button will be on the right.
After you tap Check In, their Status will be updated to Checked-In.
Scheduled Customers
Customers with a booking will be listed in the bottom Scheduled section on the ArrivalList page.
Once they arrive, tap the Check In button next to the name to move them to the top of the ArrivalList.
The “R” next to the time signifies that this entry is a reservation, which can be given priority.
