Common ArrivalList Settings

Various settings can be changed so that the EnRoute system best fits your needs.

Turn off the option to join the list from the website

If you want to turn off the option to join from the website, tap the Queue Open button and change it to Close Web/Mobile Queue. Customers will still be able to join the list using the tablet in the store.

Adjusting the Wait Time

You can choose to display the current wait time to your customers. This wait time can be calculated based on basic data, or you can set the wait time manually.

The calculated wait time is a system-generated time that considers the location configuration, the number of staff, and the amount of resources that they can handle simultaneously.

On the top right of the ArrivalList page, tap the clock icon next to the current wait, or tap the Edit Time button.

The Edit Queue Wait Times dialog box has the following settings and fields:

Manual Override: Enable this to set the time to whatever amount you want. It will override/ignore any automatically calculated time.

Calculated Time: This simply displays the current automatically calculated time.

Adjustment (minutes): This lets you adjust the Calculated Time. For example:

  • 30 will add thirty minutes to the total calculated time
  • -30 will subtract thirty minutes from the total calculated time

Number of Staff: This is the number of staff that are actively providing service to customers, affecting how quickly service will be ready for the next person waiting on the Arrival List.
Other settings, including the amount of resources that staff can handle, can be modified in Settings / Resources. See below for how to change these settings.
