"Next in Line" for the ArrivalList

The EnRoute ArrivalList moves customers to the top of the list when it is their turn for service, and gives you flexibility over how you notify them that their turn is next.

Be More Efficient by Notifying a Customer They Are "Next"

For busy restaurants, waiting until a table is ready and then notifying the customer may not be ideal. The customer may not be nearby, and time will be lost until they arrive to the host.

The default Ready Message that is texted to customers is:

We are ready for you at [LocationName]. Please return to the podium.

This message is sent when you tap the yellow notification bell icon for a customer:

The message can be customized in Settings / Messages under the Waitlist Messages section:

For example, you could use the message: 

"We are almost ready for you at [LocationName]. Please return to the podium and speak with the host(ess)."

You can train your staff to send the text message to customers when their table is almost ready so that they can approach the host(ess) stand and be ready to be seated.
