What devices do I need?
The EnRoute web app can be accessed to manage customers, arrivals, and bookings, and it can also be accessed by your customers. In both cases, there is no need to download and install a separate app, as everything can be accessed through a modern web browser.
Hardware Requirements
The Provider Portal can be accessed across any device with a modern web browser, including iOS and Android devices. Tablets are the most convenient way to access the provider portal, as the larger screen and portability make it easy to manage customers.
Customers will need any device that has a web browser, and this includes iPhone (iOS), Androids, and desktop computers/laptops (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc).
To keep our pricing affordable and give you the flexibility to choose the best device for your needs, we do not provide a device to you.
Network Requirements
You will need an internet connection (wifi, hard-wired, or cellular) to use the web app. Ensure that you don't have any firewalls that prevent communication with app.enroute.co
Your customers need a reliable mobile service (or wi-fi) connection to access the web app and receive texts.
EnRoute For Barbershops
There are some additional options for barbershops if you want to make it easier for your customers to join the ArrivalList. This includes joining the ArrivalList from a kiosk at the front of the shop, and also displaying the current list on TV for all customers to see.
- Kiosk: any Android or iOS tablet
- TV: any TV with a smart device, such as the on Google TV, or a smart TV with Google TV software built in
